2. The petitioner seeks bail in a complaint case punishable for offence under Sections 467, 468, 420, 120B, 406/506 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per prosecution case, all the F.I.R. named accused persons including this petitioner, in connivance with each other, received advance money and later on, refused to execute the sale-deed of the land in question in favour of the informant.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that neither the petitioner has received any money from the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.62226 of 2024(2) dt.06-12-2024 2/2 informant nor any amount has been credited to the account of petitioner. Agreement for sale was valid for six months. Moreover, the dispute is purely of civil nature, for which, informant has got some other remedy. Petitioner has got clean antecedent and is in custody since 28.06.2024. Chargesheet has been submitted.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposed the bail petition.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.-X, Patna in connection with Complaint Case No. 2142 (C) of 2019.
