2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 30(a), 41(1), 41(2) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

3. As per F.I.R., 1727.595 liters of illicit foreign liquor has been recovered from different vehicles.

4. It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that petitioner is neither owner nor driver of vehicles in question and has got no concern with the alleged recovery.

5. However, learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail and submitted that petitioner has got one criminal antecedent of similar nature.
