19-09-2018 Considering the kind of hardship expressed by the learned counsel for the petitioner saying that the petitioner has got no immovable property for the value indicated in the order passed by this court within the District of Patna, though he is ready and willing to submit original title deed of immovable property for the same value lying within the district of Vaishali, this court modifies the order dated 03.05.2018 passed in Cr.W.J.C. No. 854 of 2018 in so far as it directs that the petitioner shall furnish original title deed of immovable property lying within the jurisdiction of the authority concerned. In case, the petitioner submits the original title deed of the property lying within the district of Vaishali at Hajipur in the State of Bihar for the value indicated in the
Patna High Court MJC No.3510 of 2018 (2) dt.19-09-2018 order dated 03.05.2018, the District Magistrate, Patna shall accept the same subject to other compliances. Save and except the above, the remaining part of the order dated 03.05.2018 will remain intact.
With the aforesaid modification, this application stands disposed off.
