JUSTICE ADITYA KUMAR TRIVEDI ORAL ORDER 03-07-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

In successive manner, this happens to be a third attempt asking for grant of bail. So far merit is concerned, petitioner's plea had already considered at an earlier occasion under Criminal Miscellaneous No.9756 of 2014. Furthermore, as per counter-affidavit filed on behalf of the Jail Superintendent, Darbhanga, petitioner had already been produced before the learned lower Court for the purpose of commitment. However, on previous occasion as the Presiding Officer was on leave, the case could not be committed and next date happens to be on 07.07.2015, on which date, it is expected that the case of the petitioner will be committed. For the present, prayer for bail is rejected. In case so advised, may renew his prayer after examination of all the inmates of the house.
