The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Mansi P.S. Case No. 170 of 2019 for the offences punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2018.

The allegation is regarding recovery of 20 piece of cough syrup, namely, Delux D.C. of 100 ML each from possession of the petitioner.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case and it is submitted that though the petitioner is accused in some other cases but he is on bail in the said cases. Lastly, it is submitted that the petitioner is languishing in custody since 06.07.2019.

No.57026 of 2019(3) dt.27-09-2019 2/2 Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be enlarged on regular bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge Excise, Khagaria in connection with Mansi P.S. Case No. 170 of 2019.
