The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420/406/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation is that the informant had taken settlement of fishery and she had deposited the settlement amount in four installments with the petitioners but the petitioners did not grant receipt.

Submission of the petitioners is that when the petitioner served notice on the informant regarding non-deposit of the settlement amount, the present false case has been lodged just to pressurize.

Considering the facts of the case aforesaid, let the
