Victim, a minor was kidnapped. Furthermore, as is evident from statement of the victim recorded under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C., it is apparent that petitioner along with Rajan Paswan, Jitendra Paswan, Nasim, Achelal forcibly kidnapped and subsequently thereof, she was ravished by Jitendra Paswan.
