The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Sasaram Rail P.S. Case No. 77 of 2015, for the offences instituted under Sections 306/34 of the Indian Penal Code. As per prosecution case the informant has stated that he got telephonic information that Seema Devi daughter of the informant have committed suicide at Kudra railway track. The daughter of the informant was tortured by the petitioner and other in-laws of the deceased.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners that

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.48657 of 2015 (2) dt.03-02-2016 2/2 the petitioners have got no criminal antecedent. Petitioner no. 1 is father-in-law of the deceased, petitioner no. 2 is mother-in-law of the deceased and petitioner no. 3 is the married Nanad of the deceased. They are separate in mess and property from the husband of the deceased.

On behalf of the State it has been submitted that the petitioners are named in the FIR.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioners above named, be released on bail in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today in connection with Sasaram Rail P.S. Case No. 77 of 2015 on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Railway Judicial Magistrate, Gaya, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
