Mr. Pramod Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner, in reference to a complaint present at Annexure 2 submits that since the opposite parties were not abiding by the direction of this Court that the contempt application has been filed. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering that the writ petition is already pending and feeling aggrieved by the action of the Municipality, the writ petitioner has chosen to move the Chief Judicial Magistrate, no case for contempt is made out, which is accordingly, disposed of.
