JUSTICE JITENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER (Per: HONOURABLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE) 20-02-2023 Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has very fairly submitted that without addressing the question formulated by the learned Single Judge of this Court in the order dated 28.08.2019, the grievance of the petitioner shall be addressed if this writ application is disposed of with a direction to consider the petitioner's grievance as raised in his representation filed way back on 22.09.2017, which is there on record by way of Annexure-8 of the writ application.

If such representation is filed before the District Education Officer, Gopalganj, the Court expects that the same is disposed of within four weeks thereafter.

This application stands disposed of with the above observations and direction.
