2. The petitioner has prayed for regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 8(c), 21(A), 21(B) and 27(A) of the N.D.P.S. Act.
3. The case of prosecution, in short, is that, from the possession of this petitioner all together 24 packets of heroin like objects were recovered and total weight of the contraband with the packets was 5.52 grams.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the contraband which has been recovered from the possession of this petitioner is in the ambit of small quantity. Moreover, the petitioner is
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.62357 of 2025(3) dt.27-11-2025 2/2 languishing in judicial custody since 15.05.2025.
5. Learned APP appearing for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer of regular bail and submitted that petitioner is having criminal antecedent of one case.
6. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail in connection with Kudra P.S. Case No. 210 of 2025 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, Kaimur at Bhabua/concerned Court below.
