Patna High Court CWJC No.2564 of 2015 (3) dt.18-02-2015 2 / 3 counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Prasoon Sinha, learned counsel for the respondents.
Petitioner has filed this writ application for a direction to the respondents to prepare the final revised estimate by making necessary correction and preparation of final bill after measurement and payment of the dues.
Learned counsel submits that, as per the work order, he has completed construction of ten police barracks and three 'Morcha'. However, it is submitted that, even after completion of work, final bill is not being prepared and due amount is not been paid to the petitioner for which he had represented before the respondents including the respondent no.2, the Chairman-cumManaging Director, Bihar Police Building Construction Corporation. However, it is informed on behalf of the petitioner that the payment of security money and earnest money has already made to the petitioner during pendency of this application but the rest amount of Rs.1,67,768/- and other admitted dues have not been paid till date.
In above view of the matter, since the representation of the petitioner is still pending before respondent no.2, i.e, the Chairman-cum-Managing Director, Bihar Police Building Construction Corporation, he is directed to dispose it of within a
Patna High Court CWJC No.2564 of 2015 (3) dt.18-02-2015 3 / 3 period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order by the petitioner. It is made clear that if some admitted dues are found to be payable to the petitioner then steps should be taken for its payment within further six weeks. The writ petition stands disposed of.
