This application is filed for modification of order dated 21.07.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 34613 of 2023 Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that the petitioners have been granted anticipatory bail on 21.07.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 34613 of 2023 with a direction to surrender before the Court below within four weeks from today, the petitioners be released on bail upon furnishing

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.66993 of 2023(3) dt.08-11-2023 2/2 bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Saran, in connection with Rivilganj P.S. Case No. 373 of 2021, but due to some unavoidable circumstances, the petitioners could not surrender before the Court below within the stipulated time.

In view of the matter, let the time to surrender of the petitioner, as ordered on 21.07.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 34613 of 2023, be further extended by four weeks from today. Accordingly, the modification application is allowed and the order dated 21.07.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 34613 of 2023 is modified to the above extent.
