The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Gopalganj (Mahila) P.S. Case No. 25 of 2015 registered under Sections 376, 511 of the I.P.C. and 7/8 POSCO Act pending in the Court of C.J.M., Gopalganj.

The accusation against the petitioner is that petitioner made attempt to commit rape at the minor daughter of the informant Nazara Khatoon.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case and nature of the allegation, I am not inclined to allow the prayer of the petitioner for anticipatory bail. Accordingly, this application is rejected. However, petitioner is directed to surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks, who will consider the prayer for bail of petitioner on merit without being prejudiced by this order.
