JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 24-09-2018 The short grievance of the petitioner is that though the license of the petitioner for P.D.S. shop has been suspended on the ground of lodging of an FIR, vide Memo dated 23.06.2018, no final decision has been taken.

In view of the short prayer made by the petitioner, the present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the S.D.O., Banka to take a final decision with regard to the P.D.S. dealership of the petitioner and in case no final decision is taken by 31st December, 2018, the order of suspension of the license of the petitioner dated 23.06.2018 shall stand revoked automatically.
