JUSTICE PURNENDU SINGH ORAL ORDER 17-06-2025 At the outset, Mr. Nishant Kumar Jha, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Bihar Public Service Commission informs that petitioners no.1, 2, 5, 6, 8 and 9 have no locus standi to file the present writ petition as they had not participated in the selection process pursuant to advertisement Nos.51/2020 and 54/2020.

Mr. Fazle Karim, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State referring to the counter affidavit filed on behalf of respondents no.4 to 7 informs that petitioners no.3, 4, 7, 10 and 11 had appeared but they have reiterated the same relief which was rejected vide order dated 16.12.2015 passed in CWJC No.13891 of 2015, against which the petitioners have not preferred appeal before this Court and, as such, the present writ petition is barred by principle of res judicata as against petitioners no. 3, 4, 7, 10 and 11 are concerned.

3. In view of the information contained in the counter affidavit and the information given on behalf of the Bihar Public Service Commission, the present writ petition is dismissed.
