The petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Akorhigola P.S. Case No. 140 of 2016 registered under Section 307 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that there is case and counter case between the parties. Both sides sustained injuries. Petitioners have no criminal antecedent.
Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.36720 of 2017 (3) dt.19-08-2017 a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Dehri, Rohtas in connection with Akorhigola P.S. Case No. 140 of 2016 subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
