The petitioner is free to file a regular complaint under Criminal Procedure Code before a competent Court relating to allegation made of defalcation by the respondents, for which he will be responsible at his own level, writ petition is found to be not maintainable with regard to individual complaints of criminal nature as this Court has no infrastructure to examine the factual aspects.

Accordingly, the writ petition is held to be not maintainable and is, accordingly, dismissed.
