The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Raniganj P.S. Case No.93 of 2018 registered under Sections 341, 323, 324, 354, 354(B), 307, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that informant and her daughters were cutting grass and they damaged the crops that is why some altercation took place. The police after investigation submitted chargesheet under Sections 341, 323, 354, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. No offence under Section 354(B) of the Indian Penal Code is made out as there was no intention to outrage modesty rather some scuffle took place while the informant and her daughters were cutting grass.

No.57450 of 2019(2) dt.18-09-2019 2/2 Taking into consideration the facts aforesaid and nature of allegation made against the petitioner, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of the order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria in connection with Raniganj P.S.
