JUSTICE SAMARENDRA PRATAP SINGH ORAL ORDER 17-12-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner apprehends her arrest in a case under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 and 102-B of the Indian Penal Code. The allegation is that the petitioner introducing herself as an agency holder, namely, Vardhman Sunmark Insurance Company attached with Life Insurance Company induced the informant to invest his money with the company. The petitioner submits that with respect to similar allegation two cases have been filed by informant bearing the present one and the other Ahiyapur P.S. case no. 444 of 2015 and in the said case the petitioner has been granted anticipatory bail by this Court on 16.10.2015.

Considering the fact that the petitioner is a lady and she has been granted anticipatory bail in an identical case filed by

No.49677 of 2015 (3) dt.17-12-2015 2 / 2 the informant, it is ordered that in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within four weeks from today the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.5000/- (Five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur in connection with Ahiyapur P.S. Case no. 92 of 2015 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C. (Samarendra Pratap Singh, J.) Uday/- U T
