2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 326, 504 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and later on, Sections 304B and 302 of the Indian Penal Code was added.
3. As per prosecution case, marriage of informant was solemnized with this petitioner on 19.01.2017. Thereafter, on 08.12.2022 at about 2:30 PM, this petitioner, along with his family members, assaulted and set informant on fire as a result of which, she sustained burn injuries and during course

It is submitted by learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner is quite innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case merely because he happens to be husband of the deceased. Marriage of deceased was solemnized with this petitioner in the year 2017 and during the aforesaid period, no complaint has been made by the deceased with regard to any cruelty or torture.

On the other hand, learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner and submitted that petitioner is named in the F.I.R. with specific accusation that he, along with his family members, set the informant on fire as a result of which she sustained burn injuries and subsequently, died during course of treatment. The petitioner is husband of the deceased who died unnatural death at her matrimonial house within seven years of marriage.
6. Considering the specific and direct nature of accusation and the fact that petitioner is husband of deceased, who died unnatural death at her matrimonial house within seven years of marriage, the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail to the
