====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE AHSANUDDIN AMANULLAH ORAL ORDER 09-11-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner apprehends arrest in Jakkanpur P.S. Case No. 220 of 2015 dated 26.06.2015 instituted under Sections 302/201/34 of the Indian Penal Code. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the application with liberty to surrender before the Court below and seek bail on the ground that he is a teacher and that similarly situated coaccused from whose house stick has been recovered and also blood stains, has been granted regular bail.

Accordingly, in view of the aforesaid, the application stands disposed off as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid. It goes without saying that the Court shall also consider the fact that he is a teacher and that co-accused from whom there has been recovery has been granted bail. (Ahsanuddin Amanullah, J.) P.
