1. Heard learned counsel for the parties.

2. The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in connection with Kotwali (Jagsar) P.S. Case no. 578 of 2023, registered under section 34 of the Indian Penal Code and section 20(b)(ii)(B) of the N.D.P.S. Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, on an information having been received a raid was conducted and from the petitioner's possession 4.172 kgs of ganja was recovered.

4. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that no incriminating article has been recovered from the petitioner's possession who has been falsely implicated in the case. She has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 26.6.2023. It is further submitted that co-accused Baby Devi has

5. The application for bail is opposed by learned APP for the State.

6. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the allegations against the petitioner in the FIR, grant of bail to the above mentioned co-accused Baby Devi, the petitioner not having any criminal antecedent, having remained in custody since 26.6.2023 and charge-sheet having been submitted in the case, the petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail in connection with Kotwai (Jagsar) P.S. Case no. 578 of 2023, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge-I, Bhagalpur.
