Petitioner, Osama Rahman @ Oshama Rahman, is in custody since 07.09.2016 in connection with Kundwachainpur P.S. Case No. 80 of 2016 registered under Sections, 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 47A, 54 of the Excise Act. 3.

According to prosecution case, 88 bottles each containing 300 M.L. Nepalee liquor, 28 bottles A.C. Black, containing 180 M.L. and two bottles AC Black each containing 375 M.L. English wine were recovered from the possession of the petitioner and the co-accused. 4.

Considering the quantity recovered from the possession of the petitioner and the period of detention of this petitioner, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing
