2. Admittedly, the admissible dues of the petitioner have been paid. However, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that against the final order in the departmental proceeding, imposing punishment, an appeal has been filed before the Commissioner, Koshi Division, Saharsa.

3. In view thereof, the writ petition stands disposed off
