The grievance of the petitioner in the present writ application is non-payment of salary on account of Pay Revision i.e. 6th PRC and 7th PRC.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of petitioner submits that other similarly circumstanced have been granted benefit of Pay Revision but the petitioner has been discriminated. He has been granted the revision pay scale w.e.f.

Patna High Court CWJC No.16919 of 2019(2) dt.21-08-2019 2/2 pay fixation in March, 2019 whereas petitioner is entitled to the difference of arrears of salary w.e.f. 01.01.2006 to 28.02.2019. Considering the aforesaid submissions, the writ application is disposed of with a direction to the respondent District Programme Officer (Establishment), Patna to take appropriate decision with regard to the claim of the petitioner, if the similarly circumstances others have been granted the same benefit then the monetory benefits arising out of pay revision must be paid to the petitioner at the earliest preferably within a maximum period of three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

With the aforesaid, the writ application stands disposed of.
