The petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Rajepur P.S. Case No. 64 of 2022 registered under Section 307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the present case due to land dispute. Further he submits that there is no specific allegation against the petitioners rather the specific allegation against co-accused Bikarant Kumar.
Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of C.J.M., East Champaran at Motihari in connection with Rajepur P.S. Case
