The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Nawada Town P.S. Case No.441 of 2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 20/22 of the N.D.P.S. Act, pending in the Court of learned Sessions Judgecum-Special Judge (N.D.P.S.), Nawada. 100 gms. of ganja was allegedly recovered from the possession of the petitioner.

After hearing the parties, in my view, the petitioner does not deserve anticipatory bail. However, in the event of his surrender, the prayer for regular bail shall be disposed of without being prejudiced by the order of this Court and considering the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.42744 of 2017 (3) dt.21-09-2017 P2/ fact that small quantity was recovered from the possession of the petitioner.
