The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Maniari P.S. Case no. 82 of 2016, registered under Section 304B /34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The accusation is of killing of daughter of the informant by her husband and other in-laws due to not providing Rs. 5,00,000/- as dowry.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioner No.1 is father-in-law and petitioner No.2 is married Nanad of the deceased, daughter of the informant. Further submission is that, in fact, deceased, daughter of the informant sustained burn injury in course of cooking meal and died and on information, the informant also came
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.55718 of 2016 (2) dt.12-01-2017 2/2 and thereafter postmortem was held, but with ulterior motive, the informant lodged the present case implicating the whole family members.
Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners, be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Muzaffarpur in connection with Maniari P.S. Case No. 82 of 2016, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C. (Rajendra Kumar Mishra, J) manish/- U T
