1. Heard learned counsel appearing on behalf of the parties.
2. It is submitted by learned counsel appearing on behalf of the appellant that the present appeal against acquittal to be listed before the Division Bench of this Court, which has been wrongly filed before this Court, as acquittal is against the charge of Section 302
Patna High Court CR. APP (SJ) No.3994 of 2023(3) dt.22-07-2024 2/2 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. Learned counsel for the appellant seeks permission to convert the present appeal, so as to list before the Division Bench of this Court.

In view of aforesaid, the necessary/appropriate steps be taken positively within one week, as to convert this appeal to list before the Division Bench of this Court.
5. Upon conversion, as aforesaid, present appeal stands disposed of without any further reference to this Bench.
