The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Kako P. S. Case No. 95 of 2005 registered under Section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Regard being had to the gravity of the offence and the serious nature of allegation made against the petitioner in the FIR, I am not inclined to grant him anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the application for anticipatory bail is rejected. (Ashwani Kumar Singh, J.) Kanchan/- U T
