Seventeen bottles foreign liquor of Indian origin each containing 750 ml. was seized from the possession of the petitioner, for that petitioner happens to be under custody since 20.10.2016. Furthermore, as per para-3 of the petition, petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

Accordingly, petitioner Sanjay Yadav is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna City in connection with Didarganj P.S.
