The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Barh P. S. Case No.124 of 2017 instituted under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 376 and 420/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The allegation, in brief, is that on the promise of marrying with the prosecutrix, petitioner sexually exploited her for five years thereafter he married with another girl. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that prosecutrix is major and it was consensual sexual relationship and after marriage she has filed this false case. However, learned A.P.P. submits that on the promise of marriage, petitioner sexually exploited her for five years. Having considered the nature of allegation, this court is
