The petitioner no. 1 being the father of the husband of the victim and petitioner no. 2 being the son of the brother-in-law of petitioner no. 1 are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304B and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The accusation is of killing the daughter of the informant after two years of marriage for non-fulfillment of the dowry demand and disposing of the dead body. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the husband of the victim met with serious

No.48062 of 2015 (2) dt.04-11-2015 2/2 accident as a result he became invalid and getting frustrated with the same, the victim consumed poison on 17.04.2015 when she was being provided medical assistance by local doctor. Thereafter, she was referred to a better hospital but on the way she died. It is further submitted that the accusation is not specific against the petitioners when the husband of the victim is in custody.
Considering the thrust of accusation against the husband of the victim, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Gopalganj in connection with Phulwaria P.S. Case No. 49 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
