Petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 7/13(2) read with Section 13(1)(d) of the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988. The petitioner was apprehended on trap while accepting bribe. The petitioner is in custody since 20.09.2016 and has stated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent. Considering the entire facts and circumstances, let petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on completion of nine months of custody on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
