JUSTICE ADITYA KUMAR TRIVEDI ORAL ORDER 09-11-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

On account of stealthily plucking of maize armpit, it has been alleged by the informant that petitioner along with his brother, father came and assaulted Sarvesh Kumar as well as Mukesh Kumar with fists and slaps as well as Lota, on account which, after few hours Mukesh died at the Bathan of Sudhir Singh. Prosecution is going on for an offence punishable under Section 304/34 of the I.P.C. and further, petitioner happens to be under custody since 30.08.2013. Other co-accused are enjoying the privilege of bail since long.

Accordingly, petitioner, Bhullu Kumar is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
