The petitioners seek bail in C2/323/2016, registered for the offences punishable under Section 30(A) of the Bihar Excise (Amendment) Act, 2016.

The allegation against these petitioners is that they were apprehended by the S.S.B., Sitamarhi and from their joint possession 90 litres Nepali liquor were recovered. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners that they are in custody since 18.10.2016. They have denied the allegation of alleged recovery. They have falsely been implicated in the case.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioners above

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.54214 of 2016 (2) dt.21-12-2016 2/2 named are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi in connection with C2/323/2016.
