2. The petitioner seeks bail in Sessions Trial No. 164 of 2019 arising out of Araria (Mahila) P S Case No. 14 of 2019 dated 22.02.2019 instituted under Sections 323, 341, 354(B), 376(D), 506/34, 448 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that trial has commenced and seven witnesses have already been examined and thus it is at the stage of completion.

4. Having regard to the aforesaid, the Court does not feel inclined to release the petitioner on bail.
