2. The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Basnahi PS Case No. 110 of 2017 dated 14.12.2017 instituted under Sections 302/201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the police have submitted final form in the matter and in such view of the matter, he is not pressing the application.
