JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 08-03-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under various sections of the Arms Act. A mini gun factory is said to have been unearthed from the house of the petitioner for which petitioner is in jail custody since 26.02.2016 and earlier his prayer for bail was rejected by this court but petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent and the report of trial court goes to show that still three prosecution witnesses have to be examined.

Considering the period of detention of the petitioner in jail custody as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.53929 of 2016 (3) dt.08-03-2017 2/2 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Sessions Judge-I, Munger in connection with Sessions Trial No. 175 of 2016 arising out of Kasim Bazar P.S. Case No. 22 of 2016.
