JUSTICE SAMARENDRA PRATAP SINGH ORAL ORDER 05-11-2015 Petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case under sections 363,365,366,448/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioners submit that it is accused Kamlesh Sahani who entered into the house of the informant and took out his daughter with him. FIR has been lodged after three days and the victim Soni Devi in her 164 Cr.P.C. statement has not named him.

In the facts of the case, if all the three petitioners mentioned above, surrender they would be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.5,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Rajesh Pandey, JM, 1st class, Vaishali at Hajipur in Desari Police Station case no. 159 of 2015.
