2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Chhatauni P.S. Case No. 293 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections-317(1), 317(5) of the B N S and Section-30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

3. Allegedly, 53 litres of country-made liquor has been recovered from the motorcycle of the petitioner.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and he has falsely been implicated in this case. The petitioner has got clean antecedent. He is languishing in judicial custody since 24-07-2024.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, especially the clean antecedent of the petitioner, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Exclusive Special Judge, Excise-I, East Champaran, Motihari in connection with Chhatauni P.S. Case No. 293 of 2024 subject to condition that the petitioner will cooperate in trial and he will make himself available as and when required by the court.
