There are enough telltale sign available on record to show that the petitioner had taken admission and opted for Physics, Chemistry Mathematics as combination of papers. However, now she filed a writ application seeking a direction upon the respondents Bihar School Examination Board to declare result by including practical marks for Biology. The college as well as the Bihar School Examination Board has in emphatic term with supporting materials indicated that the petitioner never participated in Biology practical because that was not the paper she opted for or was given permission for.
