The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Section 341, 323, 324, 307, 379, 504 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case specific allegation of assault is against co-accused.

It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that petitioner has clean antecedent. He further submits that there is general and omnibus allegation of assault against the petitioner and petitioner has falsely been implicated in the present case. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest/surrender

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.69201 of 2021(2) dt.26-05-2022 2/2 within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.-VIII, Siwan in connection with Raghunathpur P.S.
