The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 06 of 2022 registered under Sections 341, 323, 380, 452, 326(B), 324, 457, 354(B), 427 and 435 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3⁄4 of the Prevention of Witch (Dian) Act.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.58235 of 2022(3) dt.21-02-2023 2/2 submits that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the present case. Further submission is that prior to this case, petitioner no. 3 has earlier lodged a case against Sogarath Thakur, who is the husband of the complainant, as contained in Annexure-2 to the bail petition. He also submits that petitioners have got no criminal antecedent. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing personal bonds each to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate-II, Benipatti in connection with Complaint Case No. 06 of 2022, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
