16-05-2017 On call, a prayer is being made on behalf of petitioner for adjourning the case, whereas, learned A.C. to Govt. Pleader - 17 submits that grievance, which was raised in the present writ petition, has already been redressed. He submits that in the writ petition, the petitioner has prayed for grant of benefit under the A.C.P. scheme, whereas, in paragraph - 4 of the counter affidavit, a specific stand has been taken that petitioner has already been granted 1st and 2nd ACP. The 1st ACP was granted, vide letter no. 5053 dated 8.12.2011 and 2nd ACP has been granted through letter no. 5052 dated 8.12.2011. It has further been indicated in the same paragraph that "Now the grievance of the petitioner has been redressed".

The writ petition stands disposed of with an indication that if still any grievance exists, the petitioner would be at liberty to avail appropriate remedy.
