ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 04-05-2016 In the nature of dispute between the parties, the matter was referred to the Mediation Centre but it could not be resolved.

Be that as it may considering the merits of the case, provisional anticipatory bail granted to the Petitioner by order dated 03.11.2015 is hereby confirmed on the same terms in connection with Complaint Case No. 2616C of 2012 pending before the Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Patna. The petitioner shall pay Rs. 8000/- which has been fixed by way of maintenance which amount shall be inclusive of Rs. 2000/- which has been ordered by this Court.
