Patna High Court CWJC No.14443 of 2011 (17) dt.23-08-2016 2/2 for allowing the petitioners to challenge the order of their termination, whereas the present writ petition was filed for a direction to the Respondents for payment of salary. Keeping in view the fact that the relief, which is being sought for in the amendment petition, is entirely distinct, there is no need to pass any positive order. However, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the Interlocutory Application as well as the writ petition, so that the petitioners, in view of changed circumstances, may file appropriate petition.
The prayer is allowed.
The writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as indicated above.
