2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Rafiganj P.S. Case No. 179 of 2023 (G.R. No. 1034 of 2023) registered for the offence under Section 366A of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is accused of kidnapping the victim girl. The victim girl in her statement made under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C. said that she had left the house on her own.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 4.5.2023.

5. Considering the period of custody, this application for regular bail is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge-VI-cum-Exclusive Special Judge, POCSO Act, Aurangabad in connection with Rafiganj P.S.
