JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 26-07-2017 Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present writ application with a liberty to prefer an appeal before the District Teachers Appellate Authority, Jamui, in terms of Rule 15(4) of Teachers Employment and Service Condition, 2015, for implementation of the order dated 07.04.2011, earlier passed by the District Teachers Employment Appellate Authority, Jamui, in Case No. 92/2010, whereby the Appellate Tribunal has directed to the respondent to appoint the petitioner by cancelling the appointment of respondent no. 9 and

Patna High Court CWJC No.14450 of 2011 (3) dt.26-07-2017 2/2 accordingly to pay the remuneration with effect from 14.08.2011. Permission is accorded.

The petitioner shall file an appeal before the District Teachers Employment Appellate Authority, Jamui, within a period of thirty days from the date of the order, which shall be disposed of in accordance with law within the statutory period. With the aforesaid observations and directions, the present writ application stands disposed of.
